Treasurer needed to deal with finances, participate in committee activities, deal with online banking. Resident in Tewkesbury area.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

To maintain the Group’s accounts and reconcile to the bank statement monthly. 

  • To maintain all documentation relating to income, expenditure, suppliers, and bank accounts.
  • To produce monthly and year‐end accounts for committee meetings and the AGM. 
  • To pay all invoices, as necessary.  
  • To liaise with banks, suppliers, and the independent examiner of accounts as required. 
  • To pay in all cheques received. 
  • To undertake such other duties as may be agreed with the committee.
  • Signatory on online bank account.
