Seren’s Wish Charity is looking for reliable Hub Volunteers who can commit to a regular weekly slot at the charity’s Hub in Cheltenham.
The Hub was created as a safe calm space for the community it includes a small charity shop selling children’s toys and essentials, We also offer advice and signposting to further support, we can acquire and provide emergency items for families in crisis, and it acts as the base for our charity’s day‑to‑day operations.
As a Hub Volunteer, you’ll help welcome visitors, support children and families during activities, assist with the charity shop, keep the space tidy and organised (from hoovering to mopping and organising stock), and play a key role in ensuring people feel safe, listened to, and supported. Your consistent presence helps us run the Hub smoothly and makes a real impact on local families who rely on us.
If you’re wanting to meet new people and become a social butterfly or if you want to give back and help others. we are currently looking for calm, kind, chatty have a good listening ear and able to offer dependable weekly time, we’d love to chat about joining the team.
