Finding the right volunteers is the key to a great experience for you, your volunteers, and the organisation you support.
From our experience supporting organisations and volunteers find each other, we know that a well written opportunity is more likely to get volunteers interested, leading to more applications and eventual volunteers joining organisations.
The aim of this workshop is to help you develop your opportunities to make them more engaging, and to get more volunteers clicking that 'Join' button.
Emma will cover:
- Getting started with you opportunities - planning your roles
- Different types of roles you can have and why they might work for you
- Writing your role profile
- Tips and tricks for making your opportunities work on Go Volunteer Glos
