Join Emma for an interactive workshop on everything you need to know about recruiting volunteers.Detailed description
This workshop will be an introduction to volunteer recruitment and support with the aim of giving you some guidance on creating an onboarding experience that is easy for you and your volunteers, while ensuring all bases are covered.
Emma will cover:
- Volunteer planning and different types of roles
- Interviews - do you need them?
- Knowing if they are the right person for you
- An overview of volunteer policies
- Application forms
- Onboarding support
