Nailsworth Library is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and community-minded person to support the organisation of the volunteer team
Volunteers play an important role in supporting library services, working alongside library staff on staffed days and helping to provide access to the library on designated volunteer-led days.
We are seeking a Deputy Volunteer Co-ordinator to support the organisation of our dedicated volunteer team.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Volunteer Co-ordinator with volunteer rotas and communications
- Helping recruit, induct and support new volunteers
- Assisting with arranging cover when needed
- Acting as a link between volunteers and library staff
- Helping ensure volunteer-led sessions run smoothly
