Join us for our annual pond restoration session at Hucclecote Meadows.
Meet by the main gate off Lobleys Drive (please see map below). We will be collecting tools from Laxton Road (opposite the reserve) prior to the start time. The session involves cutting and removing vegetation bankside, to boost biodiversity. We will also be digging vegetation inside the pond to prevent it taking over. We will be trimming overhanging vegetation to reduce shade on the pond. Please wear wellies if you have them, there are plenty of tasks bankside too. Bring work gloves and a drink and drop by if you have any time to spare. We look forward to meeting you!
