Become the welcoming face of the Dean Heritage Centre
Do you love meeting new people, sharing local history, and making someone’s day a little brighter? The Dean Heritage Centre is looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to join our Front of House team — and we’d love to welcome YOU!
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Front of House Volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in bringing the Centre to life. You’ll be the first person visitors will see as you:
- Give our visitors a warm and friendly welcome
- Help with admissions and encourage donations
- Support shop sales and learn to use the till and card machine
- Answer phone calls and pass on messages
- Share your knowledge of the Centre and local area
- Promote exciting events and activities
- Help create a brilliant experience for every visitor
This is the perfect role for anyone who enjoys working with people, wants to build confidence, or loves being part of a team.
