We are looking for someone to promote the local Lucky Severn lottery.
We are recipients from the local Lucky Severn Lottery, which is an exciting weekly lottery that raises money for good causes in the Stroud district area.
We are looking for someone to raise our profile on this lottery who
- Has good communication skills
- Is approachable and friendly
- Is out-going and able to encourage people to buy tickets
- can grow lottery participation
You’ll be playing a key part in supporting Cotswold Boatmobility to help provide accessible boating experiences for people with disabilities and mobility challenges. This is a home-based role for a few hours a month.
Support marketing and promotional activities tools are available on the Lucky Severn Lottery website. Applicants can be reassured that we want this to be a fun, rewarding, and supported volunteering opportunity!

Cotswold Boatmobility is a CIO dedicated to making boating accessible to people of all abilities, particularly those with mobility, mental health or learning challenges. Based on the Stroudwater Canal near Stonehouse, we provide opportunities for everyone, regardless of physical limitations, to enjoy the peaceful experience of being on the water.
We have specially adapted boats and facilities that cater to people with disabilities of all kinds, enabling them to take part in an activity that might otherwise feel out of reach.
Where are we based and when do we go out?
We are based on the Stroudwater Canal at Ryeford. We currently offer regular 2 hour long trips 3 times a week all through the year, as well as one-off trips for different groups particularly during the summer months.
