We need someone to raise our public profile in the media
We are looking for someone to raise our profile who has
- An ability to communicate in a clear, friendly, and engaging way
- An interest in storytelling and community-focused work
- An ability to be creative and proactive
What You'll Be Doing:
- Liaising with local newsletter editors etc to meet their deadlines.
- Creating clear, engaging, and accessible written content that reflects Cotswold Boatmobility
- Raising the profile of Cotswold Boatmobility in the printed media
What You’ll Get:

This is a home-based role for an hour or two a month, but you will still be an essential member of the Cotswold Boatmobility team.

Cotswold Boatmobility is a CIO dedicated to making boating accessible to people of all abilities, particularly those with mobility, mental health or learning challenges. Based on the Stroudwater Canal near Stonehouse, we provide opportunities for everyone, regardless of physical limitations, to enjoy the peaceful experience of being on the water.
We have specially adapted boats and facilities that cater to people with disabilities of all kinds, enabling them to take part in an activity that might otherwise feel out of reach.
Where are we based and when do we go out?
We are based on the Stroudwater Canal at Ryeford. We currently offer regular 2 hour long trips 3 times a week all through the year, as well as one-off trips for different groups particularly during the summer months.
