We are always on the lookout for willing and enthusiastic people to help with the Advent Festival.
We have a variety of roles available, including:
- Road closure marshals
- Crowd control
- Litter picking
- Roaming marshals
- First aid
- Stage assistance
- Helping market traders with setup and teardown
- Preparing the switch-on area
You don’t have to commit all day; just a couple of hours would be a huge help!
We especially need extra hands during the following busy times:
- Load-in: 8am to 10am
- Load-out: 6pm to 8pm
- This is when we have a lot of vehicle movement and need help directing people and managing stalls.
- Light switch-on: 3:00pm to 5:30pm
- We need help removing tables and chairs, taking down gazebos, and managing the crowd.
