Welcome Team Volunteer

We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Welcome Team and help create a warm, supportive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. As a volunteer, you’ll greet members, assist with check‑ins, offer light guidance around the Centre, and help ensure sessions run smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, wants to build confidence in a community setting, or is looking to develop skills in communication, customer service, or teamwork. No clinical knowledge is needed — just kindness, consistency, and a willingness to be part of a positive, inclusive environment.

You’ll be supported by our staff team, with full guidance provided and flexibility around your availability. Whether you can offer a couple of hours a week or a regular morning/afternoon, your contribution will make a real difference to people living with long‑term neurological conditions.
