Summary

Art Shape are hosting a magical festive experience for families at the Tithe Barn in Brockworth, GL3 4QU on Sun 7th Dec 2025.

Detailed description

✨ Volunteer Roles Available ✨ 


Setup Team (Saturday 6th): 

Help us transform the venue into a sparkling Winter Wonderland! 

  • Decorating indoor and outdoor spaces 
  • Placing props, lanterns, lights and evergreen décor 
  • Setting up accessibility features (matting, seating, tables) 


Event Day Team (Sunday 7th): 

Be part of the magic as guests arrive! 

  • Assembling gazebos 
  • Volunteer catering  
  • Recycling co-ordinator 
  • Car park attendants 
  • Workshop assistants  
  • Stewarding and guiding guests 
  • Performing or puppeteering 
  • First Aid Qualified volunteers  
  • Pack down – clean up crew 


Skills required:

  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Sense of fun.
  • Able to communicate easily with families and enjoy being with them.
