Art Shape are hosting a magical festive experience for families at the Tithe Barn in Brockworth, GL3 4QU on Sun 7th Dec 2025.
✨ Volunteer Roles Available ✨
Setup Team (Saturday 6th):
Help us transform the venue into a sparkling Winter Wonderland!
- Decorating indoor and outdoor spaces
- Placing props, lanterns, lights and evergreen décor
- Setting up accessibility features (matting, seating, tables)
Event Day Team (Sunday 7th):
Be part of the magic as guests arrive!
- Assembling gazebos
- Volunteer catering
- Recycling co-ordinator
- Car park attendants
- Workshop assistants
- Stewarding and guiding guests
- Performing or puppeteering
- First Aid Qualified volunteers
- Pack down – clean up crew
Skills required:
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Sense of fun.
- Able to communicate easily with families and enjoy being with them.
