Summary

Main Responsibilities: Contacting clients to obtain and record feedback

Detailed description

This role will entail gathering feedback from clients who have previously used POhWER’s services to gain their views on the service they have received. This information will be mainly gathered by contacting clients via telephone to obtain their feedback. Feedback Coordinator volunteers may also be asked to assist in the facilitation of feedback focus groups.


Information gathered from telephone calls and focus groups will then be collated by the Feedback Coordinator volunteers and fed back to the Volunteer Coordinator. This data will then be used to identify unmet needs and to inform changes to services provided.

 

Skills to build: Good telephone manner; good communication; record keeping skills.
