Summary

We are looking for volunteers for 2023 to plan and oversee some gentle walks

Detailed description

We are looking for volunteers to develop and oversee our 2023 stroll and chat groups. To plan and walk with carers and sometimes their cared for. The routes will need to be for all levels of fitness and should include some amenities on route. The volunteer should be able to plan the route which should be about an hour a leisurely pace maybe stopping a few times to take in nature or have a drink and rest. Take a register and fed back any concerns to the Carers Hub. We would love to hear from any volunteers who can help even if you can only help on one of the walks each month please let us know. The walks can be in various locations across the county.
